How to Request a Return or Exchange
If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us at contact@wayuubags.co.uk within 28 days of receipt to initiate the process. Please include:
- A brief explanation of your reason for the return or exchange.
- Your order number.
Return Conditions
- Products must be returned in a resalable condition: unused, in their original packaging with all labels still attached.
- You must take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession. You shall send back any goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from the contract to us.
- Except in cases of faulty goods, you are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.
How to Return an Item:
- Repackage your products
- Email us with your intent to return or exchange your purchase at contact@wayuubags.co.uk
- We will email you back to approve the request and provide the return address
- Drop your parcel at the nearest post office or with your chosen courier
- Keep hold of the proof of postage, just in case
- Returns are processed within 5 working days after we receive them.
Shipping and Handling
The responsibility for the item remains with you until it reaches our warehouse. We recommend obtaining a proof of postage when sending back your items. Refunds or exchanges are only issued upon receipt of the item or presentation of proof of postage.
How Soon I will Get my Refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- During busy periods, please allow upto 10 working days for your return to be processed once it has been received at our warehouse.
- If approved, then your refund will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days at most.
Product Variations
- Please be aware that all our items are handmade using natural materials. Variations in design and color between products are a result of the natural fibers and the handcrafted nature of our goods.
- In the event of damage to your items, please notify us immediately for a prompt exchange.
Incorrect Returns
Items sent back to us without a proper return request via email may be refused at our warehouse or subject to a fee that will be deducted from your refund.
